A 94,000-square-foot roof is more than one large surface. It is a complex system of roof sections, perimeter edges, equipment areas, drainage points, and penetrations—all of which must work together to protect the building below. Single Ply Roofing Experts completed a full roof demolition and re-roof for the Karma Automotive Headquarters in Irvine, California. The project involved removing the existing roofing materials across the expansive commercial property and installing a new roofing system designed to provide consistent coverage throughout the facility.
